All images in this gallery are displayed by permission of the Motor Transport Museum, Campo CA. The Motor Transport Museum holds a fantastic collection of vintage transport vehicles dating back to the early 1900's. Open only on Saturdays 10am-5pm the MTM is maintained by a devout group of knowledgeable folks bent on preserving some wonderful history. Admission is free but donations are welcome. The images here only scratch the surface of the amazing items stored here. The emphasis of the collection here is truck based but there are an assortment of items being restored on premisis such as a World War II era searchlight and generator. Current restoration projects also include the Julian 1924 Cadillac Stage. I plan to return soon likely on a cool overcast day for some even lighting. Some images here employed HDR post processing due to the harsh contrast heavy lighting. In some cases the HDR processing really brougt out some details that would have gone overlooked or blocked up otherwise. I hope you enjoy the mixture of standard lens and Lensbaby captures.
