Images in this gallery were photographed in May of 2012. Locations include the Bisti Wilderness, Chaco Canyon, the Ojito and Cuba Badlands. One item of note is that many of the Bisti Egg Factory images were photographed during the May 20th 2012 eclipse just prior to sunset. Northwest New Mexico is an amazing area with many surreal geological vistas. I plan to return in the near future either earlier in the spring or late fall when temperatures are lower and clouds are more prevalent.
